Plump, sweet, and packed with flavor, Dates are oblong fruits that come from the majestic date palm tree.
They are soft and fleshy with a single seed tucked inside. Enjoyed since ancient times, they’ve long been a staple in Mediterranean kitchens, adding natural sweetness to countless dishes.
Whether fresh or dried, they offer a delightful burst of sweetness. The dried ones, in particular, store beautifully and can last for months without losing their charm.
Among the many varieties, Medjool stands out for its intensely caramel-like flavor and wonderfully moist, rich texture.
