February has not been my month because I had strep throat. However, I am a lot better now! I have been eating yogurt for breakfast and salads, homemade soups, and brown rice dishes for lunch and dinner.

Totally agree, store bought baby food can be expensive too. I refuse to make special food though as I don’t have time but just include some of the soft foods you’ve mentioned into the adult meal and take some out for bub.

Rancy, this is so true. I find that drinking enough water is especially important. Whenever Iβm dehydrated, my skin looks so dull, but when I drink the recommended 8 cups of water a day, my skin glows and makes me feel great!
