I am a postgraduate in Biochemistry and a food safety specialist with experience in the food industry, research laboratory as well as in education sector.

I love nature, am immensely interested in nutrition and maintaining good health naturally. My other areas of interest are sustainability, reading, gardening, and traveling.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge that can help the community, especially little kids who will grow to become smart and knowledgeable adults to build a healthier and responsible community.
